Anoka Champlin Meals on Wheels, a member of MMOW, has agreed to take on the vast majority of clients who were being served by the North Anoka Meals on Wheels program. In addition, Anoka Champlin MOW will work with meal recipients who previously utilized government subsidies for their meals, to make sure workable solutions are found for them. The closing of the North Anoka program was precipitated by many factors, including substantial cuts in government funding.
