Metro Meals on Wheels brings style to meal delivery at the 9th annual IIDA Fusion + Fashion Show

Fusion Fashion Meals on Wheels design entry

Saving the Day, One Meal at a Time - Metro Meals on Wheels worked the runway last Friday at the 9th Annual IIDA Fusion + Fashion show. Using a superhero theme, inspired by our volunteer delivery drivers, Alan Church and Kasey Reynolds showed off designs created by the MMOW design team: Molly Kennedy Lageson, Nikki Hall, Boa Lee, Nany Thao, Kasey Reynolds, Anne Reuther and Alycia Larson.

Hockenbergs, a kitchen/restaurant supply and design company sponsored and supported the team as they designed and created these outfits in less then a month's time.

"Hockenbergs was thrilled when MMOW asked us to sponsor them at this event!" said Andrew Gazzola, Sales Manager at Hockenbergs. "As part of the design world we were excited to participate in the event, but we also wanted to help MMOW raise awareness about their mission as well. We are so proud of the outfits the design team made! It was a very successful event"
